Leadership Accelerator Application

A calm, structured path to owners who aren’t stuck on the line and managers who reliably run each shift.

If you own 1–3 locations and feel like everything depends on you, this application is the first step toward building managers you can actually trust with the keys.

No payment is taken on this page. We’ll review your application and follow up with next steps.

What to Expect From This Program

Pizzeria Leadership Accelerator is a focused coaching program for independent owners who want dependable managers, calm stores, and operations that do not rely on them being present every shift.

This is a practical, implementation-focused process. We work on your actual stores, team, and numbers—not theory. You’ll have clear assignments between calls, simple tools you can reuse, and direct feedback on how your managers are progressing.

Our job together is to create a small, sturdy leadership system in your pizzerias—clear standards, simple scorecards, and managers who handle issues before they ever reach you.

Who This Is For (And Not For)

This is a good fit if:

  • You own 1–3 pizzeria locations (independent or small group).
  • The stores are busy enough to support managers, but you still end up covering key shifts.
  • You have at least one person you believe could be a strong manager with the right structure and coaching.
  • You’re willing to be honest about your current systems, numbers, and leadership habits.
  • You prefer calm, clear expectations over motivational hype.
  • You’re ready to invest time each week for a season to fix this properly, not chase a quick tip.

This is not a good fit if:

  • You do not currently operate a pizzeria or restaurant.
  • You run more than three locations and are looking for large multi-unit consulting.
  • You want a plug-and-play franchise-style manual without doing any leadership work.
  • You are only interested in the cheapest option, not in building real capability.
  • You expect your team to change without you changing how you lead.
  • You’re looking for aggressive sales tactics, pressure, or hype-driven growth schemes.

How the Leadership Accelerator Works

The program is built to be straightforward, hands-on, and respectful of your time in the store. Here’s what the path typically looks like:

  • Step 1 – Application & Review: You complete this application with details about your stores, team, and current leadership challenges. I review it to see if the program is a good fit.
  • Step 2 – Strategy Call: We meet for a focused call to walk through your situation, clarify your goals, and outline a practical leadership roadmap for your pizzerias.
  • Step 3 – Program Enrollment: If it’s a mutual fit, we walk through the structure, schedule, and investment. You decide if you’d like to move forward.
  • Step 4 – Foundation & Standards: We document clear expectations for managers, define your non‑negotiables, and create simple tools your team can actually use.
  • Step 5 – Manager Development: We work directly on your real people and real shifts—coaching you on how to give feedback, delegate, and correct issues calmly and consistently.
  • Step 6 – Stabilize & Sustain: We put in lightweight scorecards and routines so your stores stay on track without you watching every detail.

The application below gives me enough context to make our strategy call specific to your stores and to confirm that the program is aligned with what you need.

Apply to Leadership Accelerator

Complete this application with as much honest detail as you can. This helps us both avoid generic conversations and quickly see whether the program is a helpful next step.

Typical questions include:

  • Your name, best contact details, and pizzeria name.
  • How many locations you currently operate and where they’re located.
  • Your average weekly sales and current staffing structure.
  • How many managers you have now (or hope to develop) and their current responsibilities.
  • Where you feel the biggest leadership or operations bottlenecks are today.
  • What a “calm, well‑run week” would look like for you six months from now.
  • Your readiness and capacity to commit time and attention to this work over the next few months.

After you submit, you’ll be taken to a short confirmation page with next steps. I review every application personally and respond either way.

About Tyrell Reed

I help independent pizzeria owners build managers and systems that hold up on a busy Friday night—without the owner having to jump back on the make‑line every time something wobbles.

My background is a mix of multi‑unit operations, store turnarounds, and hands‑on leadership coaching in independent restaurants. Over the years I’ve worked with owners who were burning themselves out trying to do everything: hiring, training, ordering, scheduling, guest recovery, and last‑minute line work.

The owners who get the best results are not chasing a magic trick. They are willing to slow down enough to put clear expectations in place, coach their people with honesty and respect, and let go of tasks as their managers prove they can handle them.

My role in this program is to bring outside structure, calm, and accountability so you’re not figuring all of this out alone in between rushes.
